Crazy about Packaging Tin Boxes & Bread Packaging Equipment

"It's the very same old tissue, honey, it doesn't make a distinction, ok? It's still going to work the same method", my exasperated hubby hissed into my ear as I got containers after containers of some 'designer' tissue. DESIGNER TISSUE! Hah, can you even hear me say that? I can't believe I in fact wrote 'designer tissue'. So, yes, for a graphic designer and author who knows everything about the kind of effort one puts into product packaging and branding products, I sure fell for it. All the hoopla. The shenanigans. The 'suck 'em in with excellent copy and fab color combination'. Hey, I am still a consumer, bear in mind that. I am entitled to succumb to great product packaging, I have a dominating right to be human.

They are so quite ... the product packaging. I swear!

They have the 'nature enthusiast' packaging, the 'fruity' product packaging, the 'lady on the go' product packaging, and then they have the 'kids' product packaging. I grabbed 4 of each design plans and made a run for the counter with them with my shrieking kids and exasperated other half pursuing me in slow movement. It was definitely a 'die-hard' minute. You understand, when the hero is fleing from a bunch of wild bad males with machine weapons, and they're contending your feet or something ... and there's an explosion behind you ... and whatever happens in ssslllloooowwwww mmmmooooottttttiiiioooonnnnn.

Well, in this case, I was running for checkout with boxes of tissue paper with expensive packaging designs on them. If I didn't like the packaging creates so much, I would find it funny enough. But I am dead serious. I loved the packaging designs so much, after utilizing up all the tissues in the boxes, I would cut out the designs and position it into my 'needs to keep for recommendation' clear folder. I don't keep a great deal of stuff in there due to the fact that I am quite selective about the designs that I like, but these packaging designs made the cut. They certainly eyeliner packaging did.

You see, this is the kind of thing that occurs when you put some effort into making your packaging design. Yeah, we all have this in the back of our heads ... "Hey, it's PACKAGING! They're going to THROW the PACKAGING away.

This is what I have to inform you, as a graphic designer and consumer. The more effort you put into developing your packaging, more consumers will stop and have a look at your product packaging or what's inside the packaging. Now, does it make good sense for me to state now that when they stop and take notification of your packaging, your opportunity of getting them to buy your item boosts? Exactly.

You see, the function of product packaging is to get the consumer's attention. And without an electrifying packaging, customers are going to stroll past the stacks and loads of other competitor products ... and yours ... without even understanding you're there! Your item is sitting there on a here rack, for goodness sake, and the only weapon you have is to have a nice product packaging. You've won the first round once they stop and take an appearance.
